Advice Needed: Best High-Income Online Skills to Learn While Working in Medical Labs

Hello everyone, I’m currently working in the medical laboratory field, and while I’m progressing through the licensing process in my country—which could take about a year—I’m also planning my future abroad, with Europe (Germany) in the near term and the US later on. My current job provides a moderate income, and I’m looking to learn a new skill that I can work online, alongside my profession, to significantly increase my earning potential. I’m fully committed to dedicating the next two years to mastering this skill, but I have no prior knowledge of which skills are most valuable or in demand globally. I’m also not interested in sales-oriented paths. Some have suggested programming, but others have warned that AI might heavily impact its relevance in the coming years. What skills would you recommend that are online-friendly, in high demand, and have the potential to generate a strong income? Are there specific fields or niches that I should focus on, considering the future job market and AI evolution?
