I was hired remotely and the employer used Deel as the employer of record since they had no registered entity in my country. Right now, I’m preparing my resume and I’m wondering if I should put the name of the employer that I do work for or Deel? Also, when I’m updating my LinkedIn profile, should I concurrently put that I’m working for both employers? or will this affect background checks?
