Before working remotely, I assumed I’d mostly enjoy skipping the commute. Surprisingly, that isn’t even my favorite part anymore.It’s the uninterrupted focus. Being able to finish work without constant interruptions has made a bigger difference than I expected.What surprised you the most after switching to remote work? Was it productivity, work-life balance, flexibility, or something completely different?
