I’m in the process of landing my first fully remote job, and the recruiter told me there’s one team meeting per quarter and one company retreat per year. So I was wondering, for people who’ve had this kind of job for several years, if that’s a normal frequency, or if it’s actually quite high in terms of in-person meetings. The team meetings last two days and one night, and the annual seminar lasts three days and two nights.
I should mention that I’m in Europe, if that helps. Honestly, it seems like “a lot” of travel for a fully remote job, but maybe I’m biased?

Thanks for your feedback!
