Ever since I started working remotely, I’ve noticed some people assume I’m always available just because I’m physically home.
Family members think I can do chores during the day, answer calls anytime, or somehow have “more energy” after work because I didn’t commute.
Meanwhile I’m still sitting at a desk for 8+ hours dealing with meetings, deadlines, and screen fatigue like everyone else.
Curious if other remote workers deal with this weird perception too.
