This past ~8 months, October 2025 – May 2026 I’ve been working in Spain as an Auxiliar de conversación in a Spanish school, essentially teaching English to students part time. I graduated from a NESCAC College in May 2025 with a degree in geosciences (have experience but not extensive amounts with ArcGis / Python / C++), and I’m looking to get remote work to be eligible for the digital nomad visa to stay here in Spain. I’m very flexible what kind of work the remote job could be in, ideally something related to my studies like ArcGIS or environmental consulting, but I would be willing to settle for a position in Sales / Marketing or even customer support. I have until late August / September to send out job applications, and was wondering what the relative chances of actually getting a job offer that is 100% remote (since I will be in Spain) is?
