Best portable monitor for coding and multitasking?

I’ve been working remotely more often lately and I’m tired of constantly switching between tabs on one laptop screen.

I’m mainly using it for coding, documentation, Slack, and sometimes having a browser open side by side while debugging. I travel a few times a month around the US, so I want something lightweight that’s easy to pack but still big enough to comfortably multitask on for several hours. Good text clarity and easy connectivity matter more to me than gaming features.

I tried using an old tablet as a second screen but the lag and disconnect issues got annoying fast.

What portable monitors are you guys using for coding and productivity, and which ones have actually held up well over time?
