Deel pricing in 2026: what we were quoted vs what we actually paid

got quoted $599/month per employee on the EOR plan. fine. what i didnt expect was contractor management fees stacked on top, an “implementation” charge in month 2, and invoices running 40% higher than the sales call number??

we had 6 contractors and 2 EOR employees. spent an embarrassing amount of time building a spreadsheet just to figure out what we were actually paying. my dog kept sitting on my foot while i was doing it. i dont know why but it kept making me lose my place

anyway we did switch. im not naming what to because i dont want to recommend anything in this category anymore. it had its own billing surprises, different flavor of the same nonsense. we’re back looking again like we never left
