Remote work based in Finland

Hi,

I have some recruitment experience (5years experience) and a nursing degree (no experience) and wondering which job sites would actually be worth looking into/investing for any entry level or freelance jobs. Looking for a part-time job. Most of the sites, usually require being based in the US or UK. I’ve seen people suggesting remote healthcare jobs but none of them I’ve encountered so far have been okay with working from Europe.

Any tips and advice on where to look and which sites would actually fit a remote role in healthcare, recruitment, customer service, virtual assistant and even admin?
