Looking for Android Developer Role

I hope you’re all doing well.

I’ve been actively looking for Android Developer(2.5 YOE) opportunities for the past 5 months, but unfortunately, I haven’t had much luck getting interview calls.

I’ve also ensured that my resume is well-structured and ATS-friendly, so I don’t think there’s an issue from that side.

So far, I’ve been consistently applying through platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Naukri, but responses have been very limited.

I would really appreciate if you could:

• Suggest other job platforms or communities where I can find Android roles
• Share any tips to improve my chances of getting shortlisted
• Let me know if referrals are a better approach and how to go about them effectively
• Recommend anything else I might be missing in my job search strategy

I’m open to remote opportunities, startup roles, and even freelance or contract work to gain more exposure.
