Recently hired for a remote position in customer service inbound, I’m pretty excited because I was looking for this type of company as well as a remote position and have been looking for a year. I’m experienced with customer service and computer systems, just never worked from home and would appreciate any tips you can give that you wish you had when you started. I’m not sure what to be concerned about but that may be because I have no idea what it is actually like. Thanks!
