interviewer told me that my weekly pay would be $800 (in other words $38400 per year). however the job was listed at $155k-$185k online, and when i asked him if the listing was accurate, he said that it would be after bonuses? is this legit?

im in the us and its a remote data entry clerk job that is entry level, and i did the interview through texting on microsoft teams. could anyone help me please? im not exactly sure how bonuses work.
