Full-time caregiver for my disabled father – need realistic online income ideas

Hi everyone. I’m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I’m trying.

I live in Mexico and I’m the primary caregiver for my father. He has significant mobility issues and needs help throughout the day and night. Recently, I’ve been managing his hygiene, medical routines, and helping him relearn small things like using a urine cup instead of diapers. It’s physically and emotionally demanding, but I’m committed to taking care of him.

The problem is financial pressure. My mom and brother work, but we’re in debt and barely staying afloat. I stay home full-time with my dad, so traditional jobs aren’t realistic for me right now.

I do speak fluent English (C1 level), and I currently work as an interpreter, but I’m looking for additional ways to earn income online that:

• Don’t require a camera
• Can be done in short blocks of time
• Ideally pay in USD
• Are legitimate and not exploitative

I’m not looking for charity. I’m looking for ideas I may not have considered.

If you’ve been a caregiver and found flexible online work, or if you know remote jobs that don’t require constant availability, I would really appreciate your advice.
