How I stopped undercharging for “Admin Time”

I’ve realized lately that my actual billable work isn’t what’s slowing me down it’s the communication with clients that is, looking to up my profitability my using AI to optimize that I’ve been looking into Agentic AI to see if there’s something that can just handle the back-and-forth for me, but I’m also starting to wonder if a voice dictation tool might be a more realistic middle ground. One of my good buddies mentioned he’s been using Willow lately to just talk through his replies while he’s pacing his office. I’ve tried the standard built-in dictation on my Mac before, but it was honestly more work to fix the errors and butchered technical terms than it was to just type. Does anyone here actually use voice dictation tools, or have you found a solid agentic AI that doesn’t sound like a total robot? I’m desperate to claw back those 2-3 hours a day I spend in my inbox – I’d love to hear what your guy’s thoughts on this are
