Side hustle paying 15x my salary. Confused about quitting full-time and how to exit cleanly

Hi folks,

I am seriously considering quitting my full-time job and would like some advice on how to process the exit correctly.

I have around 6 years of experience, with 3 years in my current company. Lately, the work environment has gone downhill and the company is enforcing RTO. I have genuine medical reasons at home that make this difficult, but despite multiple conversations, the response has been strictly policy-driven. Ironically, several senior folks continue to work remotely without any real justification.

At the same time, my side hustle has grown to the point where it currently pays ~15x my full-time salary, has been fairly consistent, and I have a decent financial runway.

My main question is:

• When resigning, should I clearly state valid reasons or keep it minimal and do a clean exit? 

Would appreciate advice from people who have navigated similar situations.
