Hubstaff alternatives with better UI and lower cost

I have been using Hubstaff for about one year now
It does the job but honestly the UI feels dated and the pricing adds up as the team grows

I am now looking for alternatives that
have a cleaner and simpler interface
are less expensive than Hubstaff
work well for remote teams
include time tracking and basic productivity features
