ISO Equipment Recommendations

I am being provided with general equipment (laptop, monitor, headset, etc).. I will be home in a separate room from family but I am wondering if there are any tips or equipment I can try to get my hands on that would help with noise cancelling etc. (I am sure I am overthinking that my kids might get loud).

I will be taking calls and some video conference calls. Thank you for any pointers! 🤝 I am excited to return to remote work.
