After helping plan a few remote team offsites, I noticed we always hit the same issues:
• Too many docs • Decisions scattered everywhere • No clear owner for half the things
I’m a developer, so I built a very small internal tool to structure the process:
• Goals first • Constraints second • Logistics last
Not trying to sell anything here — mostly curious if others feel the same pain or if I’m overengineering a non-problem.
