KVM and extending display?

I’m starting a new job next week and trying to get set up. I’ve never used a KVM switch but now I’m going to have 3 laptops (my GFE laptop, my employee laptop and my personal).

I have an untrawide and am used to using that with the desktop extended onto my open laptop.

Will a KVM allow me to continue extending my display?

No big deal if not as I treat my ultrawide as two monitors but was nice just to keep Teams or Outlook open on my laptop off to the side as an additional monitor.

Just debating on if need to order a laptop stand for it, but if it doesn’t work to extend then I’m just going to get one of those stands/holders to stand all three laptops in and just use the ultrawide.
