What does your wfh setup look like when two of you work from home?

My partner and I both work from home and, at the moment, we have no separate home office – we just have the monitors on the dining table. It’s okay but a bit tight when I’m having a day where I need space. We are looking at apartments with a spare room that can be our home office. We recently saw a cheaper apartment -older- that had an extra two rooms, so we would have our own spaces if we picked that one! But we can’t decide if that’s excessive or not. It would also mean we’d live further out of the city. So what does your wfh setup look like when multiple people work remotely? Is one home office enough to share or should we go for the apartment with an extra room?! Also curious how you handle working from home with a partner with a different working style ( I hardly have any calls but my software developer fiance had loads of long meetings!) It can get annoying tiptoeing around each other in this respect.
