Trying to find remote work as a 20 yr old with crippling anxiety

I’m from Ohio so it’s not like we have a lot here and I’ve struggled with crippling anxiety and depression since I was in middle school. I personally need a work from home environment with less stress and no phone calls. I’m not educated on software or IT stuff but i did have data science as a math class in high school. So if you have any recommendations for a safe easy environment lmk!
