For context, we’re M-F, no holidays, no weekends. Hourly, also, so everyone’s getting overtime for this. A lot of people where I work are genuinely completely incompetent so I’m hoping that this training is kind of a last chance for them to get their shit together before they start firing people who shouldn’t be employed here, rather than the beginning of a sweeping RTO order.
