Lately, I’ve been waking up with a terrible feeling of suffocation, especially on Mondays, but sometimes this feeling carries on for the rest of the week. My stomach is in knots even before I’m fully awake. I’m pretty sure this has to do with my current job, which I honestly can’t stand anymore.
Honestly, I’m trying to leave and thinking about changing my entire career. It’s so exhausting to start the week feeling all this pressure, even when there isn’t a specific crisis waiting at work. I’m just curious to know if anyone else has gone through this same feeling. And for those who have, when you changed jobs, did this feeling actually go away? Or did you find other ways to deal with it?
