Can someone help with job leads or a referral?

This is embarrassing, but I have to do something as nothing has worked for me so far. I just turned 60 years old. Nine months ago, I was laid off from my job. Unemployment has run out, and I have sent 4334 resumes to date. I have gone to many interviews, taken courses, and walked into places and still no one will hire me. I am educated with 15 years of experience, but no one wants an older person. I don’t look or act old and am still very bright in my field of Marketing with 17 certifications with Google, Facebook, HubSpot, and more. I do not have a criminal record, have good credit (as of now), and and have set up accounts on Upwork but cannot afford to buy credits to apply to jobs. I have put my resume on more than 20 job boards and in groups all over Facebook. I have excellent experience, am well-spoken, and don’t know what else to do. Now I am about to face homelessness and cannot afford my dog, my car payment and insurance, or anything for that matter. All I have is food stamps, as I don’t have children or a disability. No friends can help, and there is no one to live with. I am at a total loss and now getting more depressed each day which makes the fight so much more difficult. If anyone knows of something I can do, please advise. Just don’t be mean as I have faced more rejection and insults than you can imagine, and it’s taking a lot out of me already :). Thank you.
