What percentage of salary increase would you need to go into office 4x a week?

I am about to get an offer for a new job – it will be a higher title & salary of about 20% more and my annual bonus would be doubled.

However, it would require me to go into the office 4x a week. This is a big change for me especially after working fully remote for 2 years. I would have a 30-minute commute each way. But the money is really making me consider it.

What amount of money would it take for you to go back to the office? Is 20% more worth it for you?
