RTO Reasons?

For those of you who have had a return to office mandate imposed, what was the reasoning your employer gave you?

I’m putting together some datapoints & eventually a full industry report for the enterprise level RTOs (JP Morgan Chase, Amazon, Dell, etc.), but I want to hear some of the smaller companies and the reasoning/results of their RTO mandates.
