My experience has been that MS Teams promotes a culture of dropping everything to take a message or video call, as opposed to emails where there’s more of an “I will get to it after I finish this other thing” culture. I’ve found that MS Teams culture is highly incompatible with my brand of severe ADHD. Can anyone share the names of remote-first companies that don’t use MS Teams or anything similar (this might also include Slack, but I’ve never used Slack so I’m not sure if it’s more or less the same)?
