Hey everyone, remote worker here 👋. I constantly wrestle with scheduling calls across time zones (EU/US/Asia). Tools like Calendly/Doodle exist, but they often feel overkill:

  • Require sign-ups or calendar access
  • Get bloated with features I don’t need
  • Confuse clients with complex interfaces

I’m testing an idea: “Time Zone Handshake”
Imagine this:

  1. You pick your time zone + available slots (e.g., “Mon 2-4pm PT”).
  2. Generate a link.
  3. Send it to someone. They see your slots auto-converted to THEIR local time.
  4. They click one slot → done. No accounts. No BS.

Why?

  • For quick calls (e.g., “Let’s chat next week”)
  • When scheduling with non-techy people (clients, grandparents)
  • Avoiding 15 “What time works?” back-and-forth emails

Question for you:

  1. Would this actually help you? Or is your current workflow “good enough”?
  2. What’s your biggest frustration with current scheduling tools?
  3. Dealbreakers? (e.g., must work on mobile, no sign-in, etc.)
