I am hoping for some clarity on others experiences working remote. I am interviewing for a remote job that is scheduled 9-5. It’s a billing job where I will be working with patients and insurance companies. I have only done in person jobs and would sometimes bring stuff home to work remotely. Those times I would just track my hours and turn the hours in to be paid.
I am curious how a set schedule works with remote for others. My main concern is taking my children to school at 915 and being back by 930. Has anyone else experienced this? Do you normally clock in and just work the full shift, maybe step away for a few minutes? I intend on addresses these concern during my interview, but wanted to know how it works for others.
