Hi all

Landed a great role 100% wfh with no potential in office as they dont have an office in Canada. My working hours are 9-5. At first I was super busy studying the software and making notes etc. But now I have a pretty good handle on everything I dont need to continue “studying”. I’m a consultant with billable hours and am on a couple of projects. I’m scheduling everything, all projects are on track but i dont have enough workload to keep me occupied all 8 hours a day. I feel guilty not being at my desk even though I dont actually have anything to do…anyone else in a similar position?

What are we doing all day without meetings or enough projects to occupy our time? I feel like i shouldn’t tidying my house etc. But what else do I do? Salaried BTW and I’m always available during my hours

I transitioned here from a super fast paced constantly high stress in office role, and am making the same money so I’m like is this too good to be true? What am I missing here? I don’t want to lose motivation and productivity but I literally just dont have stuff
