I’m a 30-year-old Lebanese mom living in Dubai.

I speak Arabic, French, and English, and I’ve been managing a customer support team for a SaaS company for the past 3 years. I also have a university degree in marketing.

But here’s the reality: Most companies here want me in an office from 8 AM to 6 PM, 5–6 days a week, for $2,000/month, and sometimes without weekends off. That just doesn’t work anymore.
