I was hired as a full time remote employee and the company I work for recently announced RTO. I left a job that had better benefits and higher pay, to accept the remote position. I wouldn’t have left if I knew this is where the new company was headed. And there was no mention of be ready to RTO during the hiring process. Is there a hired under false pretenses case?
