WFH Banking Jobs

I have been in the banking field for 25 years and done everything from teller to branch manager. I have worked for a small Credit Union for the past 13 years. and most recently in the Card Services department working debit and credit cards. I am looking for a change but looking for a WFH position. The problem is most everything know is asking for a degree which I do not have. Can anyone suggest a company that actually pays decent and offers WFH but doesn’t require a degree?

Any suggestions or input would be appreciated!
