80% of IT jobs require Office presence 😢

This is crazy. IT is one of the fields which pioneered remote work and requires 0 presence unless plugging something in is all in office.

I asked Google AI and got this depressing answer after 3 to 4 messages in LinkedIn all had in office cloud and admin roles.

Remote work is dead folks. It will take a generation to get rid of the mindset that racing to the office at 6am to be watched and micro managed = productivity to go away
