I am a nurse who was working at the bedside during COVID 19 and transitioned into virtual nursing to overcome burnout and be home with my daughter

2 years

I took a slight pay cut
How do you manage work/life balance Working From Home, Forever?
I work 3 days a week from home so I get 4 days off at a time which really helps with work-life balance
What’s your best advice to others who want to Work From Home Forever?
Landing a remote job can be challenging sometimes. If those job opportunities do not present themselves create your own path so you can work from home on your own terms if you can!
